What does “Number disconnected” status mean and when it happens?
This status means that the number is disconnected in our service.
The number is deactivated 3 days after the tariff expires.
To activate the number again, you need to pay the tariff or activate the number in advance.
After the tariff has become active, you need to reactivate the number.
